You will act as a subject matter expert and trainer, advising on solution design, cross-border intercompany project accounting, and integration with Oracle EPM. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle Projects (Cloud or EBS), with emphasis on Project Costing
  • Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, preferably in global financial services
  • Knowledge of intercompany accounting, project financial controls, and capital/expense allocation
  • Familiarity with GL, AP, PO, FA, and Tax integrations
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Budgeting
  • Understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity, and global accounting practices
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and training delivery skills
  • Proven ability to work across global, cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Act as SME and trainer for Oracle Projects within the Fusion ERP program
  • Participate in design validation and testing for project costing solutions
  • Guide the setup of project types, templates, expenditure categories/types, and data sources (e.g., AP, PO, FA)
  • Validate intercompany project accounting framework, including provider-receiver model, balancing, and reporting
  • Align project-related tax treatment with client finance and procurement stakeholders
  • Advise on EPM integration for budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
  • Support test case creation, UAT, and functional issue resolution
  • Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for end users
  • Ensure design integrity across Oracle GL, Payables, Procurement, Assets, and Tax modules
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams on integration and downstream impacts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Certification – Project Financial Management
  • Experience in regulated financial services environments
  • Knowledge of Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or similar reporting tools
  • Awareness of SOX and audit controls for project costing
