Gaming Product Manager

Summary

Mon Protocol is seeking a dynamic and experienced Gaming Product Manager to lead the management of gaming studios developing games based on their Pixelmon IP. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in game development, preferably in a product management or producer role, and be bilingual in Chinese and English.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in game development, preferably in a product management or producer role
• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of games developed by outsourced and/or internal studios
• Ensure clear alignment between the studio and the MON publisher including but not limited to scope, budget, and milestone delivery
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Work closely with studios to contribute to game design, ensuring that our IP is represented with full integrity
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, live operations planning, and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of quality for the game and implement clear processes for testing, feedback collection, and iterative improvement
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to derive insights in shaping product strategy and identifying new opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, and NFTs is a plus
