Summary

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue management, or product leadership roles, with 5+ years in a technical product ownership or general manager role
  • Proven track record in scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets in a start-up environment
  • Deep understanding of technical product revenue models
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following industries: SaaS, Fintech, or Insuretech
  • Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and present effectively to stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Expertise in product development and innovation, with a focus on customer-centric solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary product team including engineering, design, marketing, business development, and account management
  • Manage key profit and loss (P&L) accounts, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure financial health and operational efficiency
  • Innovate and refine offerings to meet market demands
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and drive initiatives that position Ledger as a leader in its space
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to support professional development
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned with business objectives
  • Leverage data-driven insights to streamline operations, enhance product offerings, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities
  • Forge and manage strategic relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders to expand Ledger’s market presence
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Represent Ledger at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership
