Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience across operations and/or human capital management
  • Demonstrated success scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at senior leadership level
  • Track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority
  • Enthusiastic about joining Deel and contributing to the success of the Mobility business

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet customer and market demands
  • Lead with data, using market insights and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product evolution
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams
  • Partner with the product team to build solutions that meet customer needs, with a focus on mobility and immigration within HR tech
  • Provide thought leadership to the organization on workforce mobility trends, regulatory frameworks, and opportunities
  • Ensure operational excellence and the successful delivery of products and services to customers
  • Act as a key decision-maker and advocate for the Mobility business within the broader organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment
  • Familiarity with workforce mobility solutions and adjacent industries
  • Strong domain expertise in HR tech, particularly in mobility or immigration, is highly valued
