Summary

Join Deel, a global leader in workforce mobility, as their visionary General Manager (GM) to lead and expand their HRIS and Engage Products. In this role, you will lead a rapidly expanding business unit, shaping how modern companies build global teams. You will own a significant P&L, drive product strategy, and collaborate across the organization to scale solutions while maintaining market leadership. The GM will develop and execute business strategies, manage P&L performance, and leverage data to guide decisions. This position requires 15+ years of experience in operations and/or human capital management, demonstrated success scaling high-growth businesses, and strong HR tech expertise. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience across operations and/or human capital management
  • Demonstrated success scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at senior leadership level
  • Track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Strong domain expertise in HR tech and integrations, particularly with an HRIS or Performance Management tool, is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to balance customer experience, security compliance, and business objectives when driving strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategy that positions our products as essential tools for global workforce management and team development
  • Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Lead with data, using market insights and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product evolution
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams
  • Partner with Product to build innovative features that help companies manage, develop, and engage their teams effectively
  • Provide thought leadership on the future of work, team engagement, and emerging HR tech trends
  • Ensure operational excellence in platform reliability, data security, and customer implementation
  • Champion our products' vision within the organization, advocating for resources and strategic priorities that accelerate growth

  • Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment
  • Familiarity with workforce mobility solutions and adjacent industries
