Requirements

  • Be an expert in the Australian market
  • Have experience as a General Manager
  • Possess a versatile skill set and experience leading diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to finalize FY25 H2 regional plans and strategize for FY26
  • Assess retail impact and evolve strategies to build strong retail partnerships
  • Devise plans to enhance customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Support the evolution of product and pricing strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.) to achieve goals
  • Build a localized test-and-learn roadmap with hypotheses and success metrics to maximize sustainable growth
  • Define a strategy tailored to the unique needs of the AU market
  • Translate company-wide objectives into clear, actionable strategies that drive growth locally
  • Level up teams and push for faster decision-making, accountability, and results
  • Serve as the bridge between local and global teams, ensuring alignment while fostering growth across the region
