Requirements
- Extensive experience as a General Manager, ideally with experience launching & scaling brands in retail
- Expertise in the US market
- Ability to lead people at all stages of their careers
- Proven track record of building new markets and scaling teams
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to turn customer, competitor, and market insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to balance ambitious growth with sustainable profitability
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to finalize FY25 H2 regional plans and strategize for FY26
- Develop a 3-5 year strategy for expanding retail presence across the US, including channel approaches, propositions, and defining success metrics
- Steer a cross-functional group to devise plans for turbocharging new customer growth
- Support the evolution of product and pricing strategies, and prioritize US geographies
- Provide guidance and support to a cross-functional team (marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.) to develop and execute a roadmap to hit goals
- Build a localized test-and-learn roadmap with hypotheses and success metrics to maximize sustainable growth
