Summary

The job is for a remote Customer Support role in the gaming industry as a Player Support Advocate. Requirements

  • Fluency in the language you are applying for & English, particularly reading & writing, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, knowledge of Computers, self-motivated, proactive attitude, logical, methodical approach, good analytical and problem-solving skills, patience, perseverance, good concentration, experience in playing consoles and or PC gaming (advantageous), comfort discussing technical faults/issues relating to game consoles/PCs, IT literate with a tech-savvy mind, multitasking ability, desire to help, support and provide the best customer experience possible
  • PC requirements: internet speed minimum of 10 Mb/s download and 1.7 Mb/s upload internationally, minimum of 4 GB RAM memory, runs at least a 64-bit version of Windows 10 or newer or a recently released version of macOS, i5 processor (2,4 GHz or faster), or better/ similar, max. 3 years old, screen with at least a 1080p Full HD display, smartphone usable for two-factor authentication that runs at least: Android 9 or newer or Apple iOS 15 or newer, own Webcam, Headset and Laptop/PC, own separate and private working area with a comfortable table and chair

Responsibilities

Answer customer queries with a first-time resolution, respond within agreed response times, resolve technical issues via live chat or telephone, communicate effectively within a dynamic team structure, maintain a world-class service, identify trends in customer queries

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service, Technical IT /PC support background (advantageous), although we provide excellent training and on-going support
