Global FP&A Specialist

Summary

Join be one solutions, a global ERP partner, as a Global FP&A Specialist! This role involves reviewing and analyzing financial results, managing global overheads, performing inter-company reconciliations, ensuring finance policy compliance, and supporting year-end closing processes. You will also contribute to M&A activities, including post-merger integration. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, international experience, and proficiency in SAP Business One and Power BI. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• International experience working and/or studying abroad
• SAP Business One knowledge
• Power BI knowledge
• English: Proficient – Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial results of each legal entity and the group as a whole
• Global Overheads and Regional Overheads computation and billing
• Inter-company reconciliation for billing, loans and cashflow
• Computing inter-company billing rate for billable team members
• Ensure compliance with finance policies
• Work closely with local finance to ensure the year end closing is done timely
• Other global duties as assigned by Direct Manager from time to time
• Assist and support M&A related tasks assigned to Finance Department
• Handle Post-Merger Integration in Finance Department
