• Wide professional network and high reputation in the blockchain industry

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Source, conduct due diligence, and execute high-value strategic partnerships with both established enterprise companies and start-ups that are considering developing on Arbitrum’s technology
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the foundation's goals and objectives
• Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless execution and integration of partnerships. Collaborate with regional teams to tailor partnership strategies that address specific market needs and nuances
