Summary

Join Pax8's Learning & Development team as a Global Learning Consultant! Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and align development initiatives with business objectives. Create a continuous learning culture by providing employees with the tools and resources they need. Develop learning interventions and curate learning journeys. Consult with business teams to leverage existing offerings and identify emerging needs. Measure and report on learning solution effectiveness. This role requires strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, along with relevant experience in L&D.

Requirements

  • At least seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant work experience (HR, talent development, instructional design, skill development) experience is required
  • Experience and demonstrated success in program, process, and project management, including ability to develop complex, multi-faceted programs from end to end with complex tasks, timelines, and resource management
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, tracking, and reporting on learning impact metrics
  • Ability to develop strong internal and external partnerships that enable continuous and efficient operations of the Learning & Development function
  • Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • B.A./B.S. in a related field (e.g., Education/Educational Technology, Instructional Design) or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders around the world to conduct needs assessments to determine where learning gaps may exist within an organization
  • Analyze those development needs and recommend comprehensive learning strategies and solutions
  • Create and curate learning interventions and development experiences that promote both individual and organizational growth
  • Collaborate with LXDs to build the learning assets according to the strategy and solution design, as needed
  • Work closely with business leaders to align learning interventions with strategic objectives and KPIs
  • Measure and report on learning solution effectiveness
  • Report project status and successes to L&D team and key stakeholders
  • Share learnings with L&D leadership to ensure that the team’s offerings and roadmap appropriately address and anticipate business team needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting experience preferred with at least one (1) year of experience identifying performance gaps
  • Master’s degree is in a related field (e.g., Education/Educational Technology, Instructional Design) preferred
