Requirements

  • You have 5+ years experience in HR at a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • You are problem-focused, solutions-oriented, and have extreme attention to detail
  • You have built new processes that scale efficiently and optimized existing one to drive customer experience and operational improvements
  • You are able to lead multiple cross-functional projects from start to finish with the ability to balance analytical critical thinking with quick decision-making and execution
  • You have lots of energy and practice first principles thinking
  • You are a strong communicator

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and ensuring smooth HR operations across various functions, aligning with the company's goals and objectives
  • Leading HR product enhancements and operational improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Managing escalations and troubleshooting operational challenges, ensuring quick and effective solutions
  • Providing support and guidance to regional teams, assisting with complex HR issues and ensuring consistency in processes and country coverage
  • Handling daily administrative tasks as needed and collaborating with teams during critical operational cycles such as audits, payroll, and employment updates
  • Leading special projects and operations, such as comprehensive audits, service launches, and other significant initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all operational aspects
  • Collaborating in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices
