  • Managing the final stages of hiring and negotiating job offers
  • Managing regional compensation and overseeing successful training completion for new team members
  • Addressing employee complaints and ensuring the quality of communication and solutions for their team members
  • Maintaining global culture and environment within the team
  • Overseeing day-to-day operation. job performance for the team and conducting individual performance reviews and reports on metrics
  • Promoting Factors: Regional Manager to Senior Regional Manager: Managing managers and more senior individuals successfully
