Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or personnel management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with personnel across all levels
  • Proficiency in performance management and training coordination
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems for tracking performance, documentation, and training compliance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires are welcomed, properly trained, and integrated into the team
  • Provide new personnel with resources, guidance, and support for a smooth start in their roles
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, organized, and stored according to company protocols
  • Coordinate the performance review process, ensuring timely feedback and evaluations for all personnel
  • Work with managers to provide clear performance expectations, address development needs, and support personnel growth
  • Track and document performance evaluations and follow up on improvement plans where necessary
  • Oversee the organization, maintenance, and accessibility of personnel files, ensuring that all documentation complies with company policies
  • Conduct regular reviews of personnel records to confirm that required certifications, forms, and updates are current and complete
  • Support the implementation of policies by communicating expectations clearly and ensuring personnel adhere to company standards
  • Ensure all required training modules are completed by personnel, tracking compliance and maintaining training records
  • Coordinate with department heads to arrange for additional training sessions or workshops as needed
  • Identify areas where training is required and support the development of training materials or programs
  • Act as a point of contact for personnel seeking support with workplace issues, policies, or guidance on company procedures
  • Help foster an open and respectful environment by encouraging effective communication and addressing personnel concerns promptly
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving job satisfaction and workplace morale
  • Track key HR metrics such as retention rates, training completion, and performance review timelines
  • Generate regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations related to personnel performance and engagement
  • Ensure that all personnel data and records are stored securely and in compliance with data privacy requirements
