Summary
Join Recorded Future as a Manager, People Systems, overseeing Workday administration, maintenance, and development. You will be the primary point of contact for Workday support, partnering with the People Team for enhancements and maintenance of various Workday modules. Responsibilities include project managing implementations and upgrades, providing regular Workday support, partnering with Security and IT teams, creating job aids, managing a team of contractors, and owning vendor relationships. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of Workday administration experience and 2+ years of management experience. A passion for systems and processes, strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential. The salary range is $120,000-$200,000, with potential for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Workday administration (HCM, Advanced Comp, Talent, etc) and HR
- 2+ years of experience of experience managing
- Passionate about systems and processes/process enhancement
- Globally collaborative with strong communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills, organizational, self-management, interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to exercise strong judgment and independently take appropriate actions within defined HR policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and Mac computers
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Workday support
- Independently partner with the People Team for ongoing enhancements and maintenance for several Workday modules (Core HCM, Time/Absence, Talent, Benefits, etc)
- Project manage any further Phase X implementations and upgrades through collaborating with key stakeholders
- Provide regular Workday support to the People team through frequent auditing and running custom reports/dashboards. Audits include job profiles, census, org structures, etc
- Partner with the Security and IT teams on scaling any processes that the People shares with the two teams (integrations, access, security groups, etc)
- Create and maintain any Workday job aids/guides for the business
- Manage current team of Workday contractors (4-7) β approve weekly hours, manage contractor POs, internal renewal process, and selection/management of contractors
- Own vendor relationships including but not limited to: external AMS team, Workday contracting agencies, etc. Manage vendor POs and any internal procurement processing
