Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients who have scheduled a call or inbound leads
• Source new leads through strategic prospecting
• Conduct sales entirely over Google Meets, phone calls and email
• Own the relationship with potential clients to convince them to take the next step in our sales process
• Explain our process, answer client questions, and demonstrate how we address specific participant recruitment challenges
• Make potential clients feel comfortable and informed, ensuring they understand the value of our services and are ready to move forward
• Ask probing questions to identify clients' biggest challenges and propose immediate solutions
• Demonstrate deep expertise in our services, offering insightful suggestions even for unfamiliar challenges
• Quickly develop a thorough understanding of our industry, clients, their concerns, our service, and new technology
• Receive training from our Sales Director, incorporate feedback effectively, and learn independently from provided resources
• Adapt to clients' unique situations during calls, focusing on the most relevant parts of our service
