Summary

Join Docplanner Group as a remote Global Sales Operations Specialist and help unify sales processes, support daily operations, and build scalable solutions for our global sales teams. You will be the main operational partner to sales teams worldwide, analyzing local processes, developing solutions, and driving implementation of global projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, data manipulation abilities, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce. You will create automations, design dashboards and reports, and oversee KPIs. The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of experience in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or business development and fluency in English. This is a remote position, preferably in Spain, with a competitive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or business development
  • Fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or other languages are a plus
  • Educational background in STEM or business-related fields
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable decisions
  • A track record of delivering projects end-to-end — from problem definition to implementation
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
  • Confident working with data — analyzing large datasets to spot trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL or similar tools to extract and manipulate data

Responsibilities

  • Be the main operational partner to the Sales teams across the globe
  • Analyze local processes and develop solutions and processes that fit multiple countries’ needs
  • Help drive implementation of global projects in coordination with local structures
  • Be a guardian of quality and consistency in our systems
  • Create automations related to Sales process to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection both in our CRM and in other areas
  • Query datasets from different sources, turn data into information and information into insight
  • Design, implement & maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports
  • Oversee KPIs and performance of local teams, be the first person to detect ‘red-flags’
  • Make sure that our data is clean, and the processes are aligned
