Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and CRM Management
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and lead enrichment tools (Clay, NeverBounce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Experience optimizing workflows, automating sales processes, and managing integrations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing to improve lead management

Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Data Enrichment
  • Identify and verify target accounts and decision-makers against sales ICP markers
  • Conduct lead research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, websites and industry directories
  • Verify and update contact information using NeverBounce, BriteVerify, and CRM tools
  • CRM Management & Data Integrity
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce / HubSpot, ensuring clean, accurate, and structured data
  • Merge and organize existing Google Sheets lead lists into the CRM
  • Ensure proper lead categorization and status tracking
  • Sales Enablement & Outreach Support
  • Draft and optimize email outreach sequences to improve engagement
  • Ensure all sales interactions (emails, calls, meetings) are logged in CRM
  • Train sales teams on CRM best practices, automation workflows, and reporting tools
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment
  • Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing, ensuring smooth lead handoff and tracking
  • Implement lead scoring models and optimize pipeline workflows
  • Provide real-time reporting on lead conversion rates and sales performance
  • Reporting & Tool Administration
  • Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and revenue metrics
  • Manage and integrate sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Optimize automation and workflow efficiency to improve sales processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in higher education, EdTech, or SaaS sales
