Summary

Join ServiceNow as a Strategic Global Partner Events Manager and drive the success and growth of our global partner events. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, execute, and measure event outcomes. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating impactful events. You will partner with the Global Strategic Partner Events Lead and other GPC leaders, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all tracking requirements are in place for performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in event planning and a proven ability to work with global teams and external partners. Requirements

  • 8+ years experience
  • A genuine passion for event planning
  • Ability to think strategically but execute tactically
  • An active interest in staying up-to-date with the latest event technologies and promotional channels/tactics
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills, including exceptional writing abilities, effective presentation techniques, and a demonstrated level of professionalism
  • A naturally inquisitive nature, embracing a growth mindset and displaying an aptitude for absorbing information quickly and effectively learning on the job
  • Experience working quickly and nimbly under pressure
  • Impeccable attention to detail across all aspects of the event experience
  • Enthusiasm for on-site work at larger events, occasionally including international travel and weekend commitments
  • A meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships
  • A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions; experience using reporting/dashboard tools
  • Exceptional team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with high energy, β€œcan do” personality and desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with and support the Global Strategic Partner Events Lead and other GPC leaders to activate highly effective integrated campaign plans
  • Drive demand/lead generation campaign programs that span across marketing vehicles including content, social, digital/media, email
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, content providers and 3rd party vendors to execute and monitor event performance
  • Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting
  • Manage a cadence of reporting, monitor program performance, and identify areas for improvement
  • Support event cycle end-to-end to ensure overlapping events in various stages of planning are on schedule and meet critical deadlines
  • Help develop and scale digital platforms utilized for events, such as Rain Focus, Swoogo, Qualtrix Surveys, dashboards, messaging, and more
  • Dream up big ways to bring our industry-leading solutions and inspiring partner and customer stories to life in impactful and immersive ways across all touchpoints (in the keynotes, in venue signage, on the expo floors, etc.)
