Join Gorgias as a Strategic Partner Manager based in Germany and contribute to a winning team focused on expanding revenue through agency partnerships. You will help scale the agency partnerships channel, driving ARR through existing and new partners. Responsibilities include driving revenue, representing Gorgias at events, collaborating with account managers, developing partner programs, optimizing sales pipelines, and becoming a thought leader in e-commerce. This remote position requires extensive experience in partnerships or sales, a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and sales strategies, and experience within the German e-commerce ecosystem. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup and contribute to a significant growth channel within Gorgias.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in either Partnerships or Sales, with a focus on outbound motions
- Can demonstrate a holistic understanding of marketing and sales strategies in ecommerce or SAAS
- Previous experience in German ecommerce ecosystem or at a SAAS company
- Comfortable in an international environment, can be traveling 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Help scale our Agency Partnerships channel by driving revenue through existing & newly identified Agency Partners
- Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through industry German agency partners and events
- Be the face of the company at various events, meetups, and trade shows in Germany
- Work closely with Account Managers to help them close deals
- Develop our partner program, processes, and documents to enable our partners to become ambassadors of our software and drive leads through our sales process
- Constantly optimize the sales pipeline by leveraging data analysis at each step of the process
- Become a thought leader on the topic of ecommerce

- You will carry and own a quarterly revenue quota (closed ARR), the compensation for which will be paid out on a monthly basis
