Summary

Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with performance metrics, data analytics and process improvement
- Solution oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with analytical and HR & hiring technologies and platforms (for example Tableau, Power BI, Workday, SmartRecruiters)/(2 + years : Tableau, Power BI, Data analytics )
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products especially Excel
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Support in the creation and ongoing generation of reporting such as scorecards, and other reporting needs
- Collaborate with partners to analyze data and improve company priorities including understanding hiring trends both internal and marketplace, internal mobility, etc
- Utilize reporting and analytics to support leadership goals and initiatives
- Conduct data analysis, identify insights, and make strategic recommendations
- Pull data from various platforms to drive optimization and improve data quality
- Prepare data for presentations and present data to various stakeholders from the C-suite to data colleagues in multiple presentation ways
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, or other analytical field of study
- Experience with workforce planning
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition
- Experience with a global technology matrixed organization
