Requirements
- 3 plus years of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- A high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in often complex processes and data outputs
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce), and business intelligence platforms (PowerBI)
- Track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across various teams
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Execute & support end-to-end revenue processes, ensuring seamless alignment across channel team for monthly consumption billing
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
- Utilize dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and operational excellence
- Support channel leadership in quarterly review cycle with data preparation, trend analysis and initiative support
- Manage and support the forecast cadence with channel sales leadership for the relevant business area
