Summary

The job is for a versatile and experienced Go-To-Market generalist to lead the enterprise customer team at Air, a creative ops system company that automates marketing tasks. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, customer success, or go-to-market functions within a fast-growing SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of successfully navigating complex enterprise sales processes and driving customer expansion
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies
  • Hands-on approach, willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details
  • High output while operating with a strong sense of urgency
  • Passionate about building something special alongside a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for selling, migrating, onboarding, and expanding enterprise customers
  • Conduct outreach to new enterprise customers, navigating complex sales processes
  • Implement our consultative sales playbook to manage enterprise deals across multiple business units
  • Drive the migration and expansion of enterprise customers, ensuring seamless transitions and growth
  • Oversee the customer team, which operates a hybrid self-serve and sales-assist motion
  • Manage 2-4 direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
  • Enhance self-serve motions and support teams to address the needs of our 2,100 customers
  • Support CSMs with migration, onboarding, and expansion efforts across the customer base
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize the sales funnel and drive customer acquisition
  • Partner with the product team to shape the product roadmap based on customer insights and feedback
