The position requires strategic media planning and execution across various platforms, cross-functional collaboration, insight-led messaging and research, a growth mindset with A/B testing, and ownership of GTM strategy and results. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and influencers to refine messaging and achieve business goals. Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales roles with exposure to integrated campaigns and digital marketing
- Proven experience building and optimizing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, DV360, Meta, and other paid social and display channels
- Strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys, GTM strategy, and customer psychology
- Experience working cross-functionally with content, product, creative, and website operations teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear creative briefs and actionable messaging
- A self-starter who can independently drive initiatives from planning to execution without waiting for detailed instructions
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills—you’re comfortable digging into data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable insights
- A growth mindset—you love learning, experimenting, and solving problems creatively
- Results-driven: You thrive on showing the business impact of your work

- A bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
Responsibilities
- Strategic Media Planning & Execution
- Full-funnel campaign strategy and hands-on execution
- Experience across platforms (LinkedIn, DV360, DCM, Meta, 3rd party vendors)
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Content Leadership
- Collaborating with product, content, design, GTM and website ops teams
- Developing creative briefs and directing execution across asset types (banners, videos, emails, webinars, etc.)
- Insight-Led Messaging & Research
- Leading surveys with internal and external stakeholders
- Translating insights into relevant messaging strategies
- Working with agencies/influencers to refine positioning
- Growth Mindset & Experimentation
- A/B testing, rapid iteration, and bias for action
- Willingness to fail fast and optimize continually
- Curiosity and love for learning and research
- GTM Strategy, Outcome Ownership & Measurement
- Understanding of GTM strategy, SaaS tools, buyer personas, B2B psychology
- Strong storytelling skills—turning data into narratives
- Taking accountability for results
- Proficiency with reporting
- Clear linkage of campaigns to revenue or pipeline metrics
