This remote, full-time position requires 4+ years of experience in a similar role, proficiency with various tools, and a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Strong background in multiple integrations with Salesforce and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects
  • Proficiency with key tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, HelpScout, AskNicely, Chameleon, MixPanel, and Vitally, with expertise in configurations, data management, and integrations across CRM and analytics platforms
  • Deep understanding of GTM processes
  • Familiarity with SQL and integration tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a bias toward execution and a focus on delivering results efficiently and effectively
  • Mission-driven and passionate about healthcare, with a strong desire to improve patient outcomes and experiences through your work

  • U.S. work authorization is required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Healthie’s GTM tech stack, ensuring revenue operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Oversee Healthie’s core tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Vitally, Mixpanel, Partnerstack, Apollo, Stripe, PandaDoc, and a custom-built integration with the Healthie platform
  • Configure systems, manage integrations, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Regularly assess performance, incorporate user feedback, and stay ahead of industry trends to optimize scalability, security, and reliability
  • Create accurate, near real-time data pipelines and build robust reporting infrastructures to support strategic decision-making
  • Streamline workflows, improve targeting efforts, and proactively address customer retention risks
  • Provide training, develop clear documentation, and introduce new processes that maximize the functionality of our tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to write Apex
  • Relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator
