Graphic Designer

Summary

Join our fast-growing company as a Marketing Graphic Designer to create eye-catching designs for our online marketing presence and help set the tone for Lodgify.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of design experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiar with new AI tools
• An outstanding portfolio of design samples of performance marketing ads (Google display and Facebook), eBook templates, email templates, and high-converting landing pages
• A solid understanding of design principles, with UX & UI design experience being a significant plus
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in Creative Strategy, able to come up and implement concept, inspire and guide the vision of the design and branding, oversee when needed the work of illustrators, graphic/visual designers, and video editors

Responsibilities

• Create and work within brand guidelines and style guides to crafting marketing materials, such as brand campaign, eBook templates, email templates, social media posts, landing pages, and video elements
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute compelling designs and vision across all creative marketing materials (landing pages, banner ads, social media content, email, and in-app messaging)
• Execute our style guide and design systems with creative vision allowing the marketing team to scale and ship creative quickly, reliably, and without compromising the brand's look and feel
• Hands-on artist with extensive experience in art direction, continuously testing and leveraging data to validate your creative instincts
