Summary

The Graphic Designer at Syndr will create graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across various channels, produce short videos, develop brand assets, collaborate with the team, and keep up-to-date with industry developments. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, proficiency in design software, strong portfolio, experience with social media management, ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the Web3 space are required. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), with a specific requirement for proficiency in Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design across various platforms, including print and digital media
• Experience with social media management and post-scheduling tools
• Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create creative assets such as graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels
• Produce short videos and other digital media materials that effectively communicate the brand's message
• Develop and refine brand assets, including style guides and brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with design standards
• Juggle multiple projects, while ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Assist in scheduling posts and managing social media accounts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding and interest in the Web3 space is preferred
