Summary
Join our forward-thinking, global company as a Designer and contribute to a wide range of design projects, ensuring high-quality visuals aligned with our brand. You will develop print and digital assets for various media channels, implement compelling presentations, and maintain visual consistency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as is staying informed on design trends. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, 5+ years of experience (including 2+ in financial services), and expertise in Adobe CS and Figma. Remote work is the norm.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, or an art-related field
- 5+ years of building creative assets and campaigns in an agency or startup environment, with at least two years in the financial services sector
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CS design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and Figma
- High-level knowledge and experience in data visualization, covering charts, diagrams, and tables
- Strong communication skills to explain design ideas clearly and confidently
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and precision in designs. This includes elements such as alignment, spacing, and color accuracy, as well as scanning for typos and errors before publishing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Execute a wide range of design projects, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the company’s brand and creative direction
- Develop print and digital assets that support company initiatives across various media channels and target audiences, including the website, emails, events, paid media, social media, and business development
- Implement and maintain visually compelling presentations for webinars, events, and business development efforts
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all assets, ensuring alignment with the Art Director’s creative vision
- Stay informed on design trends and best practices, applying insights to enhance creative output while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product) to fulfill design needs effectively
- Support the development of streamlined design systems and workflows to improve efficiency and quality
- Contribute ideas and participate in brainstorming and design discussions while ensuring execution aligns with the Art Director’s guidance

We are looking for an artist, a creative strategist, and an expert at bringing ideas to life. This includes having an excellent sense of editorial layout, visual hierarchy, and typography
