Summary
Join Avalere Health's client services team as a manager, providing tactical and strategic leadership. You will be the primary contact between the client and the team, ensuring brand strategy is effectively communicated. Responsibilities include developing relationships with key opinion leaders, managing projects within budget and deadlines, and leading the client services team. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and 7+ years of client services experience in a high-volume advertising agency are required. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelorโs Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent discipline
- Have 7+ years of client services experience within a high-volume advertising agency
- Be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be comfortable working under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Have advanced PC experience with the entire MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact between the client and client services team, ensuring effective communication of brand strategy
- Develop relationships and manage key opinion leaders
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the clientโs brand, therapeutic area, and objectives
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion to act as a bridge between the brand and creative strategy
- Manage day-to-day client service business to ensure project completion on time and within budget
- Anticipate client needs and make recommendations
- Simultaneously handle multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
- Lead and set an example for the client services team, delivering quality products to clients
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure overall quality control of projects, including providing input on employee performance and other agency issues
- Maintain constant communication with all departments, providing necessary project updates
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports
- Perform administrative tasks necessary to meet client deliverables
- Attend meetings to discuss client projects and give status updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
