Join Octave, a modern behavioral health practice, and partner with us as a group practice in Denver/Aurora/Centennial to provide high-quality behavioral health care in-person and remotely. Collaborate with our supportive team, delivering client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices. Provide therapy via video sessions and in-person sessions from your own office space, focusing on adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Your group must have at least two fully licensed clinicians and hold master's or doctoral level licenses in Colorado. We offer competitive hourly rates based on licensure and experience, with opportunities for growth and collaboration within a dynamic and evolving environment.
Requirements
- Hold a masterβs or doctoral level license in Colorado
- Possess expertise in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or DBT, along with a commitment to culturally responsive care
- Have at least 2 fully licensed clinicians within the group practice managing caseloads
- Have your own office space and are willing to provide in-person services
- Have a Masterβs Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
- Be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
- Have at least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
- Be passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care
- Be skilled at providing short-term, evidence-based therapies to a diverse range of adult clients
- Be adept at building and maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance
- Be willing to deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures
- Be expert at providing culturally responsive and culturally competent care
- Be open to learning from your colleagues and clients
- Thrive in a culture of thoughtful feedback and transparency
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy via video sessions, focusing on adult clients dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, using short-term, evidence-based therapies
- Provide in-person therapy sessions from your own office space
Preferred Qualifications
- Have at least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, CPT or PE for trauma
- Be currently working with Cigna & Aetna clients
Benefits
- $110-$118/hour for master's level license
- $118-$123/hour for doctoral level license
- $107-$115/hour for master's level license
- $115-$120/hour for doctoral level license
