Summary

Join Octave, a modern behavioral health practice, as a group of clinicians providing high-quality mental health care in-person and remotely in Tennessee. Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices. Provide therapy via video sessions and in-person sessions from your own office space, focusing on adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. You'll utilize short-term, evidence-based therapies such as CBT or DBT, and provide culturally responsive care. This opportunity offers increased rates and expands the number of clients you can serve. Successful candidates will possess a master's or doctoral level license in Tennessee and at least one year of post-license clinical experience.

Requirements

• Hold a master’s or doctoral level license in Tennessee
• Possess expertise in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or DBT
• Demonstrate a commitment to culturally responsive care
• Have a master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling
• Be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
• Have at least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
• Have your own office space and are willing to provide in-person services
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy via video sessions, focusing on adult clients dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, using short-term, evidence-based therapies
• Provide in-person therapy sessions from your own commercial clinical space
• Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures
• Provide culturally responsive and culturally competent care

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, CPT or PE for trauma
• Currently work with Cigna & Aetna clients

Benefits

• $110-$118/hour for master's level license (in-person)
• $118-$123/hour for doctoral level license (in-person)
• $107-$115/hour for master's level license (virtual)
• $115-$120/hour for doctoral level license (virtual)
