Join Vanta, a company dedicated to securing the internet and protecting consumer data, as a Group Product Marketing Manager. You will play a crucial role in defining the new category of trust management, shaping Vanta's positioning and differentiators, and influencing the product and business roadmap. This position involves collaborating with various teams, including Marketing & Demand Generation, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to drive business growth. You will be responsible for defining and managing the go-to-market strategy for Vanta's GRC offering, crafting differentiated messaging and positioning, partnering with Product Management to shape the roadmap, enabling Sales and Customer Success teams, collaborating with other marketing teams, owning product marketing KPIs, and advocating for the customer.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of Product Marketing experience, with an emphasis on B2B SaaS
- Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Have curiosity and a learning-oriented mindset, able to identify and translate the importance of compliance frameworks across a variety of industries and regions
- Have a deep empathy for users and an ability to adapt communication to best reach, engage and differentiate Vanta to your audience
- Find delight in understanding how things work and then explaining your newfound knowledge to others
Responsibilities
- Define and manage go-to-market strategy for Vantaโs GRC offering, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, field enablement, and customer adoption
- Craft differentiated messaging and positioning based on a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and product capabilities
- Partner with Product Management to shape the roadmap and influence product development through customer and market insights
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with compelling collateral, battlecards, pitch decks, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Brand, and Content teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and adoption
- Own product marketing KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Be a champion for the customerโbringing the voice of the customer into your everyday work
Preferred Qualifications
Security/Compliance experience is not required, but definitely a plus
