Summary

Join Precision AQ's Project Management team as a Group Project Manager, leading and mentoring a team while managing complex projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 years’ direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process, budget development, project planning, and execution
  • Pharmaceutical or other regulatory experience required
  • Expertise in project management principles, methods and techniques
  • Proficient with an online project management workflow tool, experience in Workfront a bonus
  • Understanding and experience in MS Project
  • Experienced in managing complex digital, print, and broadcast production projects
  • May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills along with robust attention to detail
  • Effectively and efficiently, prioritize and manage the execution of tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Assertive and tenacious in conflict resolution
  • Financial: Project scope input, resource planning, track out-of-pocket costs, project actualization planning, scoping, change control, resource alignment and QA/QC protocols

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning
  • Partner with Account to develop and manage high-level client plans for the year while aligning with the statement of work (SOW)
  • Oversee development and dissemination of complex program/campaign timelines
  • Provide timely and actionable input to Account and Project Management team for all project briefs
  • Team Management
  • Manage and mentor/coach senior project managers and project managers
  • Oversee multiple lines of business and lead a small team of two or more (2+) direct reports and can still own the day-to-day project management function on a dedicated line of business
  • Coordinate and lead weekly internal team status meetings, as needed
  • Partner with the Creative Resource Manager for resource needs, timing, and allocation expectations, raising risks and solutions as the needs arise
  • Onboard and train new PM team members
  • Workflow/Process
  • Contribute to Operations team by advocating management goals, running projects efficiently through the agency, and cross office initiatives
  • Lead the online routing of projects, while ensuring quality assurance at each step
  • Understand and advocate for the workflow process, and each team member’s role and responsibility within the workflow Review action orders (AOs) to ensure clear and executable direction is provided

  • Communications
  • Provide constant communication via teams, Workfront, email, phone, etc. to collaborate on Client expectations and deliverables
