Summary

Join Splash, a fast-growing, remote-first company, as a Growth Analyst on our Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will leverage data analytics to identify opportunities, track KPIs, and implement growth strategies. This is a remote, full-time position requiring 5+ years of experience in growth analytics and strong SQL skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth analytics
  • Strong SQL (or equivalent) expertise
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience in growth marketing, data analysis, or product analytics
  • Startup experience or demonstrated entrepreneurial drive through side projects
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and can manage up, providing creative ideas and solutions
  • Experience with AI-driven tools and data modeling
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth initiatives, leveraging data to identify areas of opportunity and execute projects
  • Utilize SQL (or equivalent) to analyze data and extract strategic insights for decision-making
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Analyze user behavior, product performance, and marketing campaign effectiveness tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage marketing campaigns, oversee vendor performance, and identify new channel opportunities
  • Work closely with the product team to monitor feature adoption and usage, and help advise on product plans
  • Support and execute retention marketing strategies for a large user base across owned and operated audiences
