Summary

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, growth, revenue operations, or a related field
  • A deep curiosity about and enthusiasm for AI in sales, marketing, or revenue operations; hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, chatbots or automation tools is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to turn insights into action
  • A collaborative, cross-functional mindset and experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
  • A data-first approach and passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute AI-driven strategies that enhance revenue growth through automation, personalization, and workflow efficiency
  • Launch and manage pilot programs to explore AI applications in lead generation, call center operations, and client engagement tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate AI into marketing and revenue workflows and continuously optimize performance
  • Build scalable frameworks for AI implementation, including training, measurement, and change management
  • Analyze growth metrics and use AI-powered insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture and stay at the forefront of AI trends to drive ongoing innovation
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging AI capabilities and trends, actively sourcing new ideas and opportunities from platforms like Twitter, Reddit, and industry communities to bring innovative AI solutions to Wealthsimple

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background with experience in CX or support operations (e.g. Zendesk) is a nice-to-have
  • Experience in consumer-facing roles focused on end-user impact is a strong plus, industry background is flexible
