Summary
Join Splash Sports, a leading sports gaming platform, as a Senior Growth Product Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution of key growth initiatives, including engagement, retention, monetization, and acquisition. You will own the growth experimentation roadmap and collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is outcome-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments. This is a remote role based in the U.S. You will be responsible for driving a culture of experimentation, deeply understanding customers, and owning key growth loops. The role requires significant experience in product management and a strong understanding of gamification.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building and optimizing growth levers for high-quality consumer products
- Experience with rapid A/B testing in a high-performing growth product function
- Proven ability to balance qualitative and quantitative analysis; youβre able to deconstruct a funnel or build a new growth loop
- Gamification and engagement experience with a strong understanding of engagement loops, sharing and virality, and gamification mechanics like leaderboards, streaks, rewards and contests
- Ability to identify high-leverage opportunities for experimentation and prioritize your initiatives based on user value and business impact
- Great collaboration skills and proven experience partnering with design, engineering, marketing and founding teams
- An ownership mindset: youβre scrappy, curious and comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments
- A degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science or statistics
Responsibilities
- Partner with design and engineering to lead the cross-functional growth team focused on acquiring, engaging and retaining users across our product suite
- Own the growth strategy and roadmap to deepen engagement and retention, improve monetization and acquire new customers
- Drive a culture of experimentation through generation of hypotheses, prioritization of experiments and excellent communication of results and learnings across the organization
- Deeply understand our customers through observation, data analysis and qualitative research and leverage that knowledge to drive continuous, measurable improvement
- Own the performance of our key growth loops and expand into new ones
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are comfortable with a non-traditional schedule that flexes with the demands of the sports calendar, including evenings and weekends
- Embrace AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows and improve decision making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within fast-growing, consumer-facing applications that leverage transactions or subscriptions
- Deep knowledge of SQL and the latest product analytics tooling
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Knowledge of marketing channels including SEO
- Familiarity with marketing technology and tracking tools
