Summary

Join Jobber, one of Canada’s fastest-growing startups, as a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing! Lead the Growth Marketing group to drive awareness, convert demand, and maintain Jobber's top-of-mind status among home service businesses. You will design, implement, and analyze new demand generation programs to accelerate company growth. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, leverage data for decision-making, and manage multiple concurrent projects. Exercise your creativity to elevate the Jobber brand and communicate findings to stakeholders. This role offers a minimum annual salary of $151,200, a midpoint of $177,900, and a maximum of $204,500, plus equity rewards, annual stipends, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package.

Requirements

  • Direct experience leveraging offline and digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, OTT/CTV, etc.) to acquire customers and optimize for ROAS
  • Experience managing a performance/growth marketing team
  • An entrepreneurial outlook, plenty of motivation, and a passion for helping small businesses
  • A proven track record of effectively managing marketing budgets >$10M and being responsible for customer growth and revenue targets
  • Experience leveraging a scientific, data-driven approach to develop demand generation programs through incremental testing and optimization
  • Ability to extract and action meaningful insights from analytics platforms and/or CRMs (e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics, Salesforce)
  • Flexible and responsive - ability to prioritize multiple tasks as needed and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate proactively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, work independently, learn technical information quickly, and adapt AI-led solutions to accelerate growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running integrated campaigns across a wide variety of media, such as linear TV, terrestrial radio, OTT/CTV, display, programmatic, app, search, and social
  • Knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and common performance metrics
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or scaleup environment
