Summary

Join Crypto.com as a Growth Marketing Manager and own the value proposition for new users in the US credit card sector. You will optimize the product lifecycle, leveraging your deep understanding of card fee structures, credit limits, rewards programs, and crypto rewards. Manage and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across key paid channels for B2C, focusing on planning, execution, and refinement of high-impact strategies. Generate customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value in a competitive market. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in credit card benefits, loyalty programs, and client acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure all marketing activities comply with state-level regulations and partner requirements.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in credit cards and loyalty programs
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. credit card landscape, including regulatory nuances, competitive dynamics, product lifecycle, and evolving consumer behaviors
  • Ability to promote loyalty program mechanics and co-branded partnerships
  • Strong commercial understanding and the ability to craft compelling messaging for user acquisition across web and app stores
  • Proven track record managing acquisition campaigns with seven-figure budgets across multiple states
  • Expertise in paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and other ad platforms
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle within the credit card sector
  • Robust analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset
  • Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and data teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google Search & Display, Meta, programmatic platforms, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition within defined CPA targets
  • Customize creative and messaging to align with regional regulations, credit card calendars, and user intent
  • Utilize data to segment users by behavior, geography, interest, or device to enhance targeting efficiency and conversion rates throughout the client journey
  • Integrate internal and third-party data sources to refine audience targeting and boost campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and platform-specific dashboards
  • Produce comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rate, and Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and compliance departments
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with state-level regulations and partner requirements
  • Stay informed about legal landscapes, industry trends, and competitor activities within the credit card sector

Preferred Qualifications

  • Crypto native or familiarity with community-led growth and Web3 technologies
  • Passion for trading and investing across traditional and decentralized finance
  • Experience with mobile app acquisition and App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Familiarity with credit card CRM, email marketing, or retention/lifecycle strategies
