Summary

Join Nivoda, a rapidly growing diamond marketplace, as a Growth Manager and drive buyer acquisition and revenue up-sell. You will be responsible for optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies, owning paid media spend, and overseeing industry event participation. This role requires a dynamic marketer with data-driven decision-making skills and experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, and ABM campaigns. You will work closely with the sales team, manage external resources, and ensure alignment with brand messaging and business goals. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or marketplace environment
  • Proven track record of driving successful ABM and performance marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and performance tracking
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and results
  • Ability to balance performance-driven tactics with brand-building initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition and funnel optimisation
  • Determine the demand generation strategy for the entire Nivoda portfolio, owning acquisition and conversion throughout the entire marketing funnel
  • Own all paid media spend, including SEM and social media advertising, and optimise for qualified pipeline conversion
  • Oversee all participation in industry events and trade publications
  • Own and execute a referral program to maximise referral based growth within our jewellers and suppliers
  • Create and execute an account based marketing strategy to convert top target accounts
  • Work in partnership with our sales team to coordinate outreach and optimise the sales cycle
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to target top accounts across various locations and products
  • When applicable, target top accounts in other ways, including direct mail advertising, localised events, in store advertising, and more
  • Oversee and act as the primary liaison between Nivoda and external agencies, freelancers, and consultants across the above initiatives
  • Ensure all external resources align with brand messaging, business goals, and quality standards
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track performance to maximise ROI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury goods, marketplaces, or the diamond industry
  • Familiarity with location-based marketing strategies and tools
  • Strong understanding of brand-building principles alongside performance marketing tactics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
