Join Stedi, a healthcare clearinghouse building the world’s only API-first clearinghouse, as an experienced Outbound Growth Manager. You will build a world-class, automated, and intelligent outbound engine to increase the active pipeline 5X in six months. This critical role requires pairing technical know-how with marketing intuition to design and run experiments driving high-conversion leads and closed deals. You'll collaborate with various teams to achieve the results of a 10-person SDR team through smarter targeting, messaging, and automated workflows. Requirements
- You’re an outbound machine. You've built or contributed to high-performing, scaled outbound programs and know what great looks like in terms of copy, targeting, and campaign structure
- You are a B2B SaaS growth expert. You have experience in growth, marketing, sales operations, bizops, or related roles. You know the best tools, systems, and strategies to build a scalable growth engine for a B2B SaaS company
- You’re an AI power-user. You use AI tools to accelerate copywriting, research, and workflow automation. You balance efficiency with authenticity
- You’re technical. You're comfortable working with enrichment tools, scraping data, writing scripts, and configuring outbound automation platforms (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Smartlead etc.)
- You’re a data-first thinker. You love analyzing outreach performance, uncovering trends, and running A/B tests to optimize results. You think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just opens and clicks
- You do what it takes to get the job done. You are resourceful, self-motivating, curious, self-disciplined, and don’t wait to be told what to do. You put in the hours
- You move fast . We move fast at Stedi. This requires an ability to match our pace and not get lost when managing competing priorities. You communicate what you are working on, and proactively ask for help or feedback when you need it
Responsibilities
- Define, build, and scale outbound strategies rooted in a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile
- Design, test, and optimize outbound email campaigns. Own delivery of sharp copy, intelligent targeting logic, and measurement of results across key metrics (open, click, reply, booking rates, etc.)
- Select and implement the tooling necessary to deploy your outbound strategies including software and workflows to identify and target accounts, send emails, and scale other outbound campaigns
- Generate ideas, define targeting, and write copy to run automated outreach experiments that generate meetings and deals for the sales team. Scale the winners, and discard the losers
- Constantly refine outreach processes and playbooks using the latest in AI, automation, and analytics
