Requirements

• Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry
• Exceptional communication skills in English and German

• Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth initiatives in the DACH region, working closely with the Sr. Growth Manager to align with overall business objectives
• Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate/KOL and influencer marketing as well as offline activation
• Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
