Join our rapidly growing company as a Marketing Operations Specialist in a 100% remote opportunity. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in marketing operations, who can analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to drive better results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations
  • Experience working with startups and remote environments would be preferred
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS/Fintech/Data Solutions marketing and sales would be a plus
  • Strong research skills and ability to interpret prospect data effectively
  • Good understanding of CRM systems, basic B2B marketing, and sales processes
  • Good understanding LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SMS tools, Email marketing tools
  • Ability to manage LinkedIn campaigns, bulk email, and SMS marketing
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including list segmentation, email authentication (e.g., DKIM, SPF), and avoiding spam triggers

Responsibilities

  • Prospect or qualify leads – Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers
  • Develop and drive GTM strategies for the service offerings
  • Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as webinars
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns—from content creation to delivery—to drive engagement and maximize open and click-through rates
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click rates, bounce rates) and work on improving email deliverability
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns to ensure smooth execution and optimize outreach
  • Send out bulk marketing emails and SMS campaigns to prospects
  • Research prospects' backgrounds to draft personalized responses for those who show interest
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure prospects are effectively nurtured till handoff to Sales
  • Managed and maintained data integrity in CRM to track prospects and keep records updated
