Summary
Join Tavus, a Series A company building the human layer of AI, as a Growth Marketer to drive scalable and creative growth strategies. This isn't a traditional role; you'll be a generalist, handling all aspects of growth marketing, from messaging and technical setup to brand campaigns. You'll own the self-serve customer journey, drive mid-market and enterprise pipeline, and develop and manage conversion points in the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate is scrappy, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Requirements
- Proven experience in early-stage startups (can point to key case studies and metrics you drove)
- Deep expertise and proven success in at least a couple of key growth areas (e.g., user acquisition, conversion optimization, or growth hacking)
- An understanding of both self-serve and sales-led growth motions, and a knack for ideating creative ways to drive both
- Ability to appeal to diverse audiences, including developers, founders, and mid-market/enterprise buyers, tailoring messaging to each
- Strong bias for action with a track record of independently solving problems in fast-paced environments. Unblock yourself and get it over the finish line. You don’t need a slew of people in specialized roles to get stuff done, you just do it
- Clear, crisp communication
- A deep and genuine excitement for AI, specifically conversational/video products
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the entire self-serve customer journey across the Tavus platform to maximize self-serve revenue growth, expansion, and activation. Includes user acquisition
- Drive mid market and enterprise pipeline, working closely with sales to refine ICP and identify intent signals
- Get creative and do what it takes to drive brand awareness and growth- which could mean reddit, events, community, email sequencing, demand generation, lifecycle, or more. You’ll be running 0-1 playbooks, not optimizing an existing machine
- Develop, formalize, and meticulously manage every conversion point in the marketing funnel, obsessing over testing and refinement. We’re okay taking big swings… incremental improvements don't move the needle
- Execute scrappy growth experiments and ground-up initiatives, iterating quickly to find what works. Applying your learnings to build the end to end growth strategy
- Own and optimize email marketing funnels to drive activation, retention, and expansion. Includes lifecycle campaigns, automated sequencing, and high-converting nurture flows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video marketing, technical products, or building growth loops
- Has marketing experience with frontier tech
- Taste and visual aesthetic sense, and strong writing ability
- Experience working on technical or developer-focused products
- Likes data-driven decision-making, but isnt afraid to rely on intuition
- Former founder or product experience is a plus
