Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience with a strong quantitative background (e.g., mathematics, finance, computer science, analytics) combined with hands-on experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
- Proven track record of rapidly testing, iterating, and scaling innovative, AI-first marketing initiatives
- Deep analytical skills with expertise in quantitative experimentation, predictive modeling, and leveraging analytics for strategic marketing decisions
- Technical proficiency with modern AI tools, automation platforms, and analytics frameworks
- Entrepreneurial, high-agency mindsetβyou think like a founder and proactively drive strategic projects from conception to execution
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders around ambitious, innovative growth initiatives

Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and hands-on execution of AI-driven growth marketing initiatives, proactively leveraging quantitative analysis to identify opportunities that accelerate pipeline growth and marketing efficiency
- Rapidly prototype, test, and scale AI-powered marketing workflows that enhance decision-making, streamline execution, and optimize resource allocation
- Partner cross-functionally with Channel Owners, Segment Marketers, Lifecycle, MOps, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to embed marketing-focused AI solutions that drive measurable growth outcomes
- Design and implement advanced quantitative experiments to validate and scale AI-driven growth strategies
- Evangelize an AI-first marketing mindset across MaintainX, influencing the shift from manual optimization toward automated, intelligent pipeline generation
