Summary

Join Unstructured as a Growth Marketer and play a critical role in driving the company's customer acquisition and retention strategies by developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, owning growth KPIs, leading experiments, driving demand generation, leveraging analytics tools, and working closely with customer success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid search, and paid social) aimed at increasing user acquisition and activation
• Own growth KPIs, leveraging A/B testing, analytics, and performance metrics to measure success and continuously optimize campaigns
• Lead experiments and identify scalable channels that enhance conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs
• Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, SEO, AirOps, and content initiatives tailored to our ICPs
• Leverage analytics tools to track customer behavior, identify user segments, and optimize the user journey for increased engagement and retention
• Work closely with customer success to develop lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies that foster long-term relationships with users
