Growth Marketing Analyst

Requirements

• Have 3-5 years of directly relevant, hands-on marketing experience in a B2B technology environment
• Have a strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing data analysis
• Use proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or comparable tools) for reporting and visualization
• Be experienced in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and attribution modeling
• Be able to communicate insights effectively across teams and management levels
• Be comfortable and experienced in working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with other teams and departments
• Be fluent in English and have a good command of German (at least B1)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports to support data-driven decision-making within the marketing team
• Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing performance
• Develop and refine conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance lead generation
• Work on attribution modeling to better understand the impact of different marketing activities
• Act as a bridge between the marketing team and the BI/Controlling team to ensure data consistency and alignment
• Collaborate with various other stakeholders, including marketing colleagues, sales directors, and senior management, to translate business needs into data insights
