Requirements

  • 2-4 years in performance marketing or campaign operations, with affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and affiliate platforms like PartnerStack or similar
  • Strong data skills and comfort navigating tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Datorama, Marketo, and Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote team
  • A curious, proactive learner who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and making things better

Responsibilities

  • Manage our affiliate marketing program (e.g. via PartnerStack), ensuring accurate campaign setup, tracking, and lead flow into Salesforce
  • Support affiliate onboarding and communication to maximise campaign engagement and partner performance
  • Monitor affiliate performance and deliver regular updates with recommendations for scaling and optimisation
  • Help build and maintain dashboards that connect paid campaign performance from ad platforms to Marketo to Salesforce, surfacing actionable insights across the funnel
  • Monitor weekly pacing, budget delivery, and conversion metrics (MQLs, demo bookings) across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and native platforms
  • Assist with testing, tracking, and reporting setup to ensure accurate measurement and optimisation opportunities
  • Liaise with Sales, Ops, and CRM teams to maintain clear lead routing and data integrity
  • Flag issues proactively and seek support to troubleshoot problems - tracking, delivery, or data discrepancies - with a strong solution mindset
  • Stay up to date with evolving platform features, analytics tools, and marketing best practices
  • Support campaign setup in Google Ads, PartnerStack, and QA across platforms as needed to assist performance managers
