Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and communicate actionable insights
  • Experience with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media)
  • Project management skills—ability to track multiple initiatives and execute marketing efforts efficiently
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable presenting insights and working with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to execute strategies and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data from various sources (social media, email, paid ads, website performance) to track key metrics
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business decisions
  • Run A/B tests and assess campaign effectiveness based on performance data
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Create and manage email campaigns to attract and engage leads
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives, maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities
  • Monitor key marketing KPIs and create reports to provide leadership with data-driven recommendations
  • Manage marketing dashboards to ensure real-time visibility into conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI
  • Track enrollment adviser performance metrics and ensure lead generation efforts align with sales team needs
  • Assist in content creation for blogs, social media, and promotional materials
  • Manage the marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, leadership) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners for campaign execution and tracking
  • Assist with event planning, webinars, and promotional activities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing for online education, coaching, or consulting businesses
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
