Summary

Join The Speaker Lab as a Growth Marketing Coordinator and support marketing efforts through data analysis, campaign execution, and content creation. This full-time, remote position offers hands-on marketing experience contributing to a mission of empowering speakers. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, analyze data, optimize strategies, and execute campaigns across various channels. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media analytics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous internship or project experience in a marketing-related role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data to track performance and optimize campaigns by utilizing A/B tests across multiple media outlets
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple social media platforms
  • Create email campaigns for our growing newsletter to attract aspiring speakers, coaches, and consultants
  • Support enrollment efforts by ensuring consistent opportunities through targeted outreach, applications and calendar bookings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for marketing improvements
  • Collect and analyze marketing data from social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, and website performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Support content creation efforts, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth campaign execution
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Assist with event planning, webinars, and promotional activities
  • Maintain and organize marketing databases, dashboards, and assets to ensure consistency in brand messaging
  • Ensure enrollment adviser calendars are full through targeted marketing initiatives
  • Report marketing and sales data from Hubspot and send regular performance briefs to leadership
  • Assist with new product launches and other marketing initiatives as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Analytics or other marketing tools
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or CRM tools
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices
