Summary

Fliff Inc is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join its team. The role involves owning the growth strategy across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention, and collaborating with various teams to optimize marketing activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, product, or management consulting
• Strong analytical skills, familiar with SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention
• Identify, test, and optimize acquisition channels to drive customer acquisition
• Form and validate hypotheses for accelerating conversion and activation
• Conduct CRO experiments across site, landing pages, and onboarding flows to optimize conversion
• Understand key steps in the customer acquisition process and identify conversion paths and optimization opportunities
• Own messaging for the brand and create tailored communication strategies to deepen user engagement
• Collaborate with Management, Product, Engineering, and Design, to optimize onboarding experience
• Leverage data, research, and customer interviews to understand the target audience

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Smartlook is a plus
